Fundraising

The expedition can pay for itself

A Camps expedition is an investment, and fundraising is part of the journey. Many students raise a significant share of their expedition cost themselves, and the process builds genuine confidence, initiative and financial capability along the way.

A proven programme
We provide a complete fundraising guide, a realistic timeline and a large bank of tried-and-tested event ideas, so students always know what to do next.
Start early, spread the cost
Beginning soon after signing up makes a real difference. Spread across the months before departure, the target becomes very achievable.
Ideas that work
From sponsored challenges and bag-packs to cake sales, car washes, quiz nights and small enterprise schemes, students have many routes to reach their goal.
Skills for life
Fundraising develops planning, communication, resilience and money management. It is one of the most valuable parts of the whole experience.
